Shipping & Return Policy

MERVE Cosmetic does NOT provide refunds. You can only change for the same product within 3 days of receiving the goods provided it is NEVER WORN with ALL ITEM/FLYERS ATTACHED. If there are any price differences, you have to top up the difference.

Buyer will bear the costs of deliveries, returns and taxes if imposed. Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability. You must contact us within 3 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 3 days of receiving your products.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A VALID RETURN

  • The product is never worn
  • You have the original external packaging
  • Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions met (check out below)

A – Your item cannot be returned after 3 calendar days.

A – The return process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product within 3 days. This return process may take 2 to 4 business days once the item reaches our office. A refund will be processed and processing should be completed within a week.
